Sept 5 iPad Art Show at Mitchell Branch of New Haven Public Library. Opening reception 3:00pm. Show with Raheem Nelson. AthenaProductions.net will provide a live-stream of the demo drawing class, at milford-tv.com.
Sept 6 Installing international show at The Grove in New Haven, "People in Landscape". David Sandum - Norway, Harry Stooshinoff - Canada, Linda Cato - Arizona desert, two African artists, Ma Flo, and Judith Tonda, from the Congo. Show reception on the 11th.
Sept 9 Leading a Sketch Class at 101Threads Gallery - 6-8pm. Come and bring drawing stuff, some supplies available, live model, refreshments - it'll be fun!
Sept. 11 "People in Landscape" Show reception at The Grove (See show description Sept.6)
Sept 19 "Amie Ziner: Sketchbooks" Show at 101Threads, 4-7pm opening reception
Sept 20 Drop off work for CWOS Dwelling theme at Artspace Gallery 4-8pm (Large Bird's Nest Basket). Volunteering with intake.
Sept 25 My 101Threads Gallery show, "Amie Ziner: Sketchbooks" goes to HappinessLab coffeehouse (next to The Grove) for a couple weeks, closing TBD
Oct 2 Opening Weekend show at Artspace (Single Bird's Nest Basket) Volunteering to hang works
October 10,11 from 12:00-6:00 pm City Wide Open Studios at the Armory (Bird's Nest Basket making :City Armory Building, Rm TBD, participatory workshop using invasive species of vines from the area. Workshop runs 1-3pm)
Oct 26 4-6pm Mitchell Library iPad Drawing show in Westville closes
Nov 3,10,17 CWOS Kitchens Dinner Party (reservations and ticket required)
Nov 6 "People in Landscape" show closes at the Grove
